No Growth, rating is decided by upper management, not by your colleagues
Pay parity exists in the company
Technology Department is undermined in various aspects including but not limited to compensation, review, rating, working hours, promotion cycle and performance related discussions.
1. Company Culture - there is no respect for employees. Only a handful of leaders would care about employees' well-being.
2. Work - Life Balance - it simply does not exist in some projects. Quite often employees have to work beyond work hours.
3. There is no pyschometric test which brings people who are self absorbed with no affinity for team play.
You can learn a lot at a great speed and have more exposure
Dislikes
No work life balance. Strict rules, no work from home policy, always wear formals. They are not even compensating with pay. If you are not doing good job they don't mind firing you immediately.
Merilytics is a great place to work at. It provides one with a diverse set of opportunities to grow and learn from, in all of the domains it has - business, technology and functional. With a talented pool of peers to work with and learn from, it has a very engaging company culture, which makes work fun as well. The people here are very open when it comes to sharing appreciation and that makes working with Merilytics a positive experience.
The compensation and work life balance can surely be better than what it is currently. Given the company is going through a stage of high growth, this would come inevitably, but this something the management definitely needs to focus on more.
