They have whatsapp grp GMSALES, DYHR, SRVP SALES, Regulatory guy for 24X7 gossips and to play politics.VPSALES INTL GUY HE ALWAYS SAY I DONT HAVE ANY ROLE IN MARKETING BUT HE THE PERSON INTRESTED IN ALL THIS SHIT. HE THINKS HE IS KING IF WORLD BUT HE IS DUMB BCOZ EMOYEES KNOW ABT HIM EVERYTHING. Surprisingly he never support or encourage his subordinates he treat them as ZADUWALA.

Politics by Area Manager and Regional Manager in Endo Surgery Division Gujarat. Employee discrimination and favoritism. No Salary growth. Incentive planned in such a way that you want be able to achieve. TA and DA is very less as compare to other companies. If you met with accident and you are on leave due to fracture in you leg company will deduct your salary.
