Meridian Solutions Pvt Ltd - (Enabling business process) has significant issues with its working ethics. The company frequently makes changes without discussing them with employees, leading to confusion and disarray. This lack of communication undermines the organization's sense of stability or trust. The hiring practices are equally problematic. Employees are hired without proper vetting or planning and often fired without justification. This erratic approach results in a v high turnover rate and job insecurity among staff. The CEO's management style exacerbates these problems, as he only listens to one or two individuals within the organization. These favored few seem to be advancing their interests at the expense of the wider workforce, further diminishing overall morale. Employee satisfaction is notably low, particularly in support and presales departments. The lack of consideration for employee well-being and professional development is a serious concern. If you are considering a position in support or presales. It's advisable to look elsewhere. Meridian Solutions currently fails to provide a supportive or ethical environment. Good work environment but you can't expect so much because you don't get anything as per your expectations. Company is totally fail during this lockdown, they didn't think about their employees at all. Terrible experience during this lockdown period

The thing I totally dislike that they are not supportive at all to their employees. Joining Meridian was my worst decision ever.
