Great place to work..management is very cooperative. Staff is very good. I never stayed beyond school working hours. I have learnt a lot while working here..we had many professional development workshops.

Dislikes

The only drawback is less salaries..otherwise its a great place to work.

TeacherTraining programs are very good, they provide breakfast and lunch free which is good for the teachers who are coming along with their kids and singles.

Politics and many old teachers are there.salary comes very late almost end of the month career growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. in fact i love to be part of this team.But lack of coordination between team members.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work12-13 hours in a day Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
