Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent overall the manager hires you and gives you hell like job and trying to play with our mindset , family feeling,and holding this vacation dates . Targeting the work he assist and then you can go again we have compromise with this and working with him when he likes to send in that time of you are going means you will be fit for this job thank you ...
