The CEO is an unethical person, poor business idea and bad leader. He might have industry experience, but he is incapable of running a company. Moreover, he is very generous in making promises but almost consistently breaks them without any regret or shame. He is hardly concerned about the employees' growth, learning or well-being. He talks ill about everyone who leaves the company. You will have to follow up for salaries and be prepared to not get it or get peanuts. You will feel your hands tied most of the time in terms of budgets you might need to achieve anything. Do not expect any growth, no one benefits from working on long-drawn unstructured projects which never see the light of day. The product can hardly compete with the competitors and sadly, the leader focuses on all the wrong things at the wrong times.
