this company give you 7 day training after that you have to do some farzi certification or after that they give the name of training as a fake company or after that you hire a third party , so if any member join the company then your future will be ruined THIS COMPANY IS FURAD COMPANY

There is nothing to like about mercury solutions. There is no policy in the company. The only thing the company knows is how to cut employees salary. The company is not at all employee friendly. I worked there for three weeks, forget about the compensation & relieving letter they didn't even bother to offer me offer letter despite me reminding them about it everyday ever since I joined. The HR, OMG, is one of those who somehow get the post out of quid-pro-quo perhaps (I hope you get it ;) ) as she didn't have any qualities of HR, basic ethics, etiquette and ill communication skills and a big time sycophant. It's a shop not a company. Unless yours one is hand-to-mouth situation, don't apply for it, don't join. The entire bandwagon (as of today) is rogue and vampire who kinda suck on their employees.

Everything. The manager is rude and she thinks of herself as if she is smart , but she is stupid. Only she knows how to implement dictatorship in the company.

The only thing i liked about Mercury Solutions was you get to learn and understand things on your own and that the salary always gets on time.

Dislikes

The work culture was very poor. No career growth and you never get incentives on time. You need to ask for it again and again. The work or you can say sales pressure is very very high.
