Management is not supportive always oppose to our decision, salary is not good company growth is very slow i personally don't think so it will grow in future years.

PURELY UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN THE PLANT I WOULD SAY ABOUT THIS PEOPLE ARE USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL SPECIALLY OWNER IS VERY EGOTISTIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL EVEN HE IS NOT AN ENGINEER BUT ' HE WILL SPEAK LIKE ENGINEER AND HE IS JUST COPY FROM GERMAN PRODUCTS NOTHING ELSE . I WOULD SUGGEST ALL WHO WANT TO JOIN WITH THIS USELESS EGOTISTIC PERSON BE CARFULL AND SINCE LAST 20 YEARS 5 TO 12 CR TURNOVER BECAUSE OF THIS OWNER I WORKED WITH THIS PEOPLE ONY 45 DAYS AND I RESIGNED BECAUSE HE WILL NOT ANYTHING WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. NO DECISION POWER OR AUTHORITY BUT BE CAREFUL BEFORE APPLY OR JOIN
