I WOULD SUGGEST ALL WHO WANT TO JOIN WITH THIS USELESS EGOTISTIC PERSON BE CARFULL AND SINCE LAST 20 YEARS 5 TO 12 CR TURNOVER BECAUSE OF THIS OWNER I WORKED WITH THIS PEOPLE ONY 45 DAYS AND I RESIGNED BECAUSE HE WILL NOT ANYTHING WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
