1. Day by day mercurius is degrading because of few employees like Uday Patil. He is a rotten potato. 2. Hiring and firing. 3. At the time of leaving they make policy their comfort and will cut your salaries and exploit you. 4. No matter how much effort you put into you have to do the boot polish of some donkeys like uday patil and some more.

Worst organization. Seniors do not have any technical knowledge.

... my full and final, my bonus of 2.5 lac approx. I worked day and night for them. I was working on most of the weekends without any additional pay.
