Dislikes

35 hr billing rule. Discrimination in open. Hire and fire policy they deduct half day salary even if you are late by 1 min(for 3rd time in a month), politics, no training

...whenever and wherever they want. Partners are not supportive and so are the HRs. Unethical behaviour of all especially Kanika , Ankit, Siddhartha, Chandrawani, Yitesh, Rajesh, etc They charge 2000 rs for parking which they never show in salary slips. No PF to employees. No facilities for employees. Low or no appraisals everytime. This company will and should not grow in the near future. Anyone joining this organization will be at great risk with their lifestyle and job security as they can chuck out anyone at any point of time without giving them FNF.
