... but from past one year, their shared service division is not...lot of politics. No extra benefits, less hikes, bonus, pay etc.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No promotion and no hike. Don't get what you deserve. The internship period gets extended and extended though you are a good resource.
