Team is very supportive.The balance with the company is very good.You can raise your concerns which are career related and they will make sure that you are receiving what you ask for.

Dislikes

Compensation benefits.Veeva and Salesforce are niche skills and as per the market standards the compensation provided by Merck is quite low. This should be understood by the HR Managment and they should make market corrections for the exisiting skilled employees in order to reduce the attrition rate.

Need improvement in some managements who are dumping all the work to team without estimating the efforts and value addition out of it.

Company wise it is good, but the you never expect any support/help from management and team members. They believe in monopoly.

Company is good, but people of the company is not good. Don't expect any help or support from team members or manager. The words of Team leader is final. There is no job security at all. Also they don't give Two months notice period if they put you in PIP and at the last day of PIP they will call you and will threatened you to resign else they will terminate you. I never see this type of situation in any other organization. They are not employee friendly at all.
