The Corporate Politics is on very High Node with no scope for Growth & development for Good Performers with terrible Job Security . HR Role is Purely Clerical Restricted only to Pen and Papers with No Decision making Ability . If you are not liked by Bosses then all your Business contribution is been ignored by top management without any Review.

Lots of politics here , you cannot work here with this working culture. People are not supportive you have to do everything from your own. No one is even interested to talk with you. You will not have a familiar feeling over here.
