If you have joined at a good compensation then you are most likely to have no monetary growth for few years. They say absolutely ridiculous things to deny you a hike. Its really funny. Then comes the office politics, if you are the kind, who can stay humble under technically challenged managers and let them supersede your meticulously placed logical solutions/thoughts then you are up for a very bright future. However this will lead to your "daimlerization", in other words you will be left unfit for the market. To summaries, It's a great brand and will give you a very lucrative offer ("shikari ayega dana dalega") take it if you really don't have a choice.
