Corporate politics and top management will enjoy the luxury cars without improving the business. There is no vision and you always have to obey your boss. No Career development. HR claims that they will not cross skill people if any specific tool/technology becomes obsolete and people at mid management / senior level will face difficulty in finding another project and eventually they will ask you to leave. thirty politics on top of all these.

Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.

Nobody is responsible for nothing. Company works like a trust. Everyone in this company just want to keep running rather than growing.

No promotion. Very low salary profile. 2% every year increment in salary. No practical approach from management only philosophy. Senior people already safe there position. No motivation everyone in this company frustrated

Likes

Work culture one of the best thing specifically with German Based organization. Free food 3 times that too very good. Work life balance, and good brand value. Short term onsite opportunities. Job Security.

Dislikes

Compensation not that good compare to there competitor below par salary. Work wise might not be always new project to work upon.
