 I've asked for a salary increase for the last 6 months and kept getting excuses. Excuses depletes your moral. My co-workers were great to work with, but management needs improvement. There's no growth and the pay will stay the same for many, many years without increases

The work was not challenging

The work assigned was not at all challenging but pay was too low and they take employees as a contract wise, thus there is no stand for you in the company. And they don't trust you with laptop so no work from home. And literally no benefits for freshers.

I'm very happy to a part of T&T motors(Mercedes),company is too good for working.....

The dificiency happens everywhere,every person want to earn money but in T&T motors salary is not sufficient as compare others dealers......... But while environment is good to do work with T&T motors.

Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.
