My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.

While working in MBRDI it is an amazing experience through the company... the manager as well as the employees who where working there are behaving politely .. the way of teaching the freshers is excellent 👍,... They respect each and everyone.

Work culture one of the best thing specifically with German Based organization. Free food 3 times that too very good. Work life balance, and good brand value. Short term onsite opportunities. Job Security.
