1.They have very good policies and rulebooks, But that may differ team to team as per their benifits and convince,not as per employees 2.They have good value and performance matrix, But your performance will be measured by no. of slack messages,more the number of messages more performing you are .Code quality,on time deliveries doesn't even matters. 3.HR team is too good, but always mixing their personal and professional matters which is spoiling the complete environment.If HR team is not able to maintain a healthy and safe working situations amongst themselves then the organisation’s future looks dark. 4.Have excellent Engineering manager, but em without engineering knowledge is myth.Speaking in english is given more importance than core technical knowledge of an engineering manager. 5.So called HRBP is having good communication skills ,but not having that manner how to talk to other employees. 6. HR team circulate ESAT surveys every quarter,that's a good part to listen their employees,but the best part is they don't take any actions,even they just only note down the action items. 7. Few managers are so hardworking and humble ,that on WFH day,they need to work from colleague's home to get the work done ,sounds like micromanagement ,but actually that's the hardwork.
