They wont give salary on time. Its completely a target based job. Sell n get commission. They dont consider dealer issues. After resignation they dont pick the call. Worst comp ever served in my life.

To be honest I worked company since the initial days of the companies but it not worth it.It has nothing good at all

... are expected to work every day and u never get appreciated for what you did. 2.Salary, not even a single employee of the tech team is getting full salary since December 2022. Everyone is getting 50 percent,and that is also very delayed,u get half of your salary in around 45 days after doing double work. 3. Cxo are just busy with themselves, they don't care about ur financials , personal life or mental health, they are just trying to fo you. 4.Frau, overall the company is a fraud,they are not giving even the half salary for last 6 months ,and also everything they wrote on offer letter has been waved off or being modified according to them.(we haven't received any of the bonus till end ) which was written upto ur basic salary at the end of 1 year based on your performance. 5.Tech team has reached the size of less than half in last 4 months just because of their toxic environment.

They don't pay salary. They distort the offer. They don't pay even 1 rupees from 20Lakhs performance bonus, they just wrote it for attracting employees. They don't even pay full base salary. They give to much work load, more than quadeye. No vacation on Saturday sunday. We have to go at 9 AM and come at 10PM. Never join this company even if they pay 1 crore.

Very bad culture, products are not good, provide very low quality products. Doing scam to dairy farmers. No moral values left to the founder. They all are scammer. Even they don’t think about their employee who worked very hard to establish MeraPashu in market. No recommendations from my side.

A great company to work with. The work culture is amazing. It is a start up with a vision so the work gives a great satisfaction. The work pressure is there but the superiors are very supportive and the company believes in skill development and invests in its employees.
