Not able to run PMS system smoothly, extra pay for extra work hours is not provided, less facilities is provided

Just coz I was Muslim they did not allow me to come in front of clients.. not just me few other employees face same issue... Very partial.. pathetic company I've ever worked with.. don't ever work here.. they directly fire employees basis on personal equations.. and they don't even give time to search other job.. they will fire you like in a day saying that over man power.. no payslip no proper letter.. lot of office politics.. including seniors n everyone.. worst experience ever in my entire 7 yrs of career

After working in corporate world and multi national company, post covid-19 I had joinned this LLP... Senior management and Director are too good but others are team of kids with no clear vision, mission and Goal

All are not sincere towards company profitability.. Less professional

The working environment is very good and friendly in nature. We can learn many things and there is growth in the organisation. We can also learn how to communicate with people.

1)Boss treats everyone like a family member, has a vision for the company growth and its employees. 2)Supportive in any difficulties either financial or any other issues. 3) Dynamic Work culture ,Got to learn the time and resource management due to various systems injected within the organisation which are self developed and are getting improvised on daily basis for a stress free working environment.

Dislikes

1)Some staff take there work for granted, don't act responsibly and 2) Too much gossiping in workplace rather than yeilding productive output to company. 3)Groups rather than team work is seen between colleagues.
