Going back home and offs. Nothing good. Its a scam company to steal medical data

Management is fraud. The salaries never come on time. People receive salary in pieces, 2 weeks after end of month. Too many unfair deduction. Company will not survive for more than 3-6 months.

Nothing, Sales people never join this company. Nothing can be sold, no product. They just collect data and sell private data to partners (labs and pharmacy) for spam calls

Salary delay, no incentive payment, no reimbursement payment. DO NOT JOIN

Great work culture, Excellent support given by management. Your Own ideas and opinions are heard, respected and implemented wherever possible.

The best part about working with MeraDoc is that the Senior management are very Value they give to us. If we are hard working and do our work with all seriousness, we are surely appreciated. The work ethics are really good and incase we need to reach out to the upper management, they are always approachable. There is a lot of learning I have received personally and been recognised. The planning, execution, prepardness and skill improvement is very good. This is one of the places where you can take initiatives and try to implement working stratergies for improving the whole system. Startups can be a tough place to work, i have been in one and worked there for about 7 years, its not easy and you dont see startups get a lot of good projects. With MeraDoc, its different. We are striving to push the limits and get really amazing products and projects in our portfolio.
