There is no good point because I cannot forget such a company for the rest of my life, what this company has done to me.

...l date, So you are a thief in their eyes and they will fire you from your job. The people of the family whose house runs from your salary should be very careful, this is what happened to me, that's why I am saying. Without any valid reason, your job will go away, no matter how honestly you do this work, no matter how hard you try.

...y complaint regarding a colleague then generally his/her side is not considered. Salary slip is not provided. Offer letter is distributed very late which is after a month or two. Everything is under control of a single person regarding job. HRs don't interact with employees. No regular feedback is taken. Work culture is not good, too much politics at managerial position. Salary is credited 2 weeks late. And the salary of 2 weeks is deducted for 2 consecutive months.

...at qualifications like having a 'big tongue' matter more than actual work ethic. Opportunities for timely salary, increments, or advancement are lacking, and positions aren't valued as they should be. My advice would be to consider other options and not waste your time here.

I have worked there as a counselor & I feel that if you can survive in mentors eduserv for 6months as a counselor than you can work in any coaching center of Bihar. They train you very well in that field.

...ent can fire you anytime or they can change your position or department anytime. They may keep your one month salary as security deposit.

Nothing. Farce company for workers

Only politics. Selection is done on basis of favouritism, casteism and may be money exchange. Working atmosphere is toxic. HR is casteist and takes Brahmans. No job security. Action against HR must be immediate. Selected candidates must be stopped from joining due to malafide reason. Director involvement is nothing, thats why hr is enjoying.
