You get a lot of learning about how the education industry works. You get rigorous training how to work and whom to target.

Dislikes

Totally target based. If target not achieved, you will not get any compensation. But if you perform better and achieve Target, you get compensated with good amount. But believe me, it is not that easy. And very hard to achieve the target. Sometimes you have to go for overtime.

I have learnt a lot from my mentor of the organization which has helped me in believing in myself as well as giving a direction to my career

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address to our issues.

Just the manager Reena mam, the HR and some staff there..

Dislikes

Environment is not good at all. No management strategies to achieve the company’s goal. Staff was pressurized to write resignation letter on non achievement of targets and in the so insulting language they provided us. They provided a sample resignation letter and we had to copy that. I wish i cud attach that here. Horrible experience. Never ever go there.
