...part of it begins with the Human Resources team who are not professional at all. They wont respond to the 1000 call you make for a clarification on anything be it your salary your interview dates and time or be it a huge mistake in the Offer Letter, they have other work is what i’ve always heard when they call back once in a blue moon. By God’s grace I did not join the company on the joining date where as comapnies call you up on your joining date just incase you don’t show up on time. Please don’t join even if you get a package that’s incredible.

Good work environment. My head, Bhavya Dua, is very supporting, gives great marketing tips and is always there to help you out. Very very flexible working hours.

The salary is target based and not on pro rata basis. It will encourage people if they are paid their share on the number of sale they make and not on the total target.

No transparency. They don't provide salary or stipend on time basically, they won't pay for your hard work once your work is done. And if you speak about the salary you are out of the job. Management is not good at all.

All people overe here are fake. First they told that they have office in Gurugram, now they are telling they have office in Pune.

A worst place managed by a bunch of in experienced management. Fake Promises and over time work. All college students are working and it's more like a college environment where everything is taken for granted. Please don't ruin your life in this company.

Being a startup, each and every employee’s and intern’s voice is heard and suitable action is taken based on their feedbacks and suggestions. The work culture is great and personal growth in terms of learning has been immense.

Dislikes

Being a startup, certain processes are tweaked on a regular basis for improved efficiency but, to be honest I enjoyed this process
