My initial salary is 6000₹ which is less earning than an intern. And there is no proper system. System changes abruptly. Totally a not a good management for workers. you have to work here for 6-7 years to get 22k. Worst accountants they process bills lately that i paid earlier to clients.

No Team mates but good and friendly environment even the company CEO also but no proper training,salary is too terrible they only paid me for Rs 5000/- salary initially as a take home. Even if u undergone by an internship for a random company they will give minimum range of 6000-8000/- Rs salary but they didn't even touch that range. they interviewed me for the network engineer role but they assigned me to do some other work which is totally irrelevant with the job profile which i have applied for it.

With good Infrastructure and well good company for work, learning, and improving our skills, we get a chance to prove ourselves. If we put a good effort into the company, sure the company will take care of our career as well as promotions, salary, and benefits

This is to the CEO of the company. I nearly spent 3 hrs of my time to your company interview process and everything was done even I went to last round and had a zoom session with MD and I shared the pay slip too. After that there is no update from your company. Whether I'm hired or not but I deserve an update. Your company don't even know the professional ethics then how come you expect a candidate/ employee to follow professionalism. Worst ever company to join. All people see, this is what they are doing even before we enter the company. So please be aware of this company.
