Working hours is pretty flexible, nobody keeps pestering you as long as you get the work done.

Work is highly team specific, with some teams having it pretty hard while others are chill. This leads to mismatched WLB for all.

As an automation tester, the amount of automation that we do is very less even lesser then 20% and as an tester its difficult to get adjusted to the domain which is more relavant to people coming from the Automobile,wiring background

Learning wise it is good company, as you are responsible for multiple things like finance, taxation, releasing intercompany payment, MIS, BS reco., Statutory audit, preparation of financials statements etc. But all this learning is one time. There won’t be any further growth due to the size of company.

Dirty Politics Lack of Job Security Too much Mental stress specially in finance department
