there is a lot safety in the company . the company is clean and beautiful among all companies.

the company dose not have a shed to park workers bikes. salary increase of workers is not done annually. old workers are not promoted.

I am working as final inspector . Company manufacturing critical jobs ( head and block ) for Ashok Layland & various companies . Due to this jobs I have gain lots of experience . During inspection I learned how to handle a critical parameters.

I am working since 1 year . newly joining members have more salary than me . I have a experience as compared to other but my salary is compared to newly joining is less .

Company policies and processes are very good. Food and canteen fascilities are good. Work life balance is nice.

Dislikes

Job security is not there, people have fear to loose jobs. Ruthless decisions are takne while reducing/sacking manpower. Need to build fearless culture where people are free to talk to each other. Union has its own nuisance value. Legal letigations is yet another headache.

In this company only people are being executed..and the remuneration goes into the pockets of the contractor and senior employees...If the workers complain, the contractor and senior officials threaten them with dismissal...the workers have no safety in the company.. .is a totally useless company
