Discrimination in senior and junior employees, Low Compensation, No growth as the work you are doing today and if you stay for 5 years then also you will be doing same work only.

As it was my I had lots of opportunities to learn and increase my skill sets.

Compensation provided was very less and even after working there for 4 years no real jump in salary. Job security was also not there and overall environment of company keeps you nervous.

Meneta automotive components pvt ltd sonipat is mnc wrost for employees because plant head Mr. Arun verma no idia of press shop but make head of press shop this person behavior is very bad so no talent person stay this plant, in this plant Mr. Arun vema make quality head to Mr. Jai prakash this parson if go in any industry for interview then any industry not take this parson for engineer post but in meneta this parson this quality head. Mr. Arun verma make ppc head Mr. Manender but this parson is only bse non technical parson so not disurb this post but Mr. Arun verma support him directly & no production head stay in this plant.

Learning opportunity of many processes like Powder coating,Phosphating,Welding,Riveting,Spring,Sheet meta processes,Induction hardening etc. Cultural & innovative activities.

Standing job for engineers,Senior Engineers. No sitting arrangement for doing lunch. No staff tea flexibility. Tea will be available at only HR defined time.

Worst thing there is my Manager Mr. Sachin Kumar from EDD. He is psychopath. He pressurise his employee so much. He is terrible boss. He pressurise me so much that once I try to commit suicide. And no one listen to my problem. Neither my HOD nor HR. He interfere so much in my personal life he made my life hell. Thanks to my colleagues who always supported me. Now I left that job. And I wish my x-manager will taste his own medicine someday by somebody.
