I have sent mail to Mr Subhash Devi about non-payment of salary but no reply, After 1 year gone still they have not my salary payment, they do this with every employee, I know 15 to 20 employee those who have not got their full and final settlement [salary], if employee work they should get paid but they don't provide salary bonus leave encashment I was in HR but still my salary not paid yet, think 100 times before joining wait for best opportunity but never join this membrane filters company, your enough matured to understand

Owner of these company lies on employee. not regularly pay employee salery.about salery employee asking to management but management misbehaved the employee.no other policy's are given for employees from management. management don't regularly paid the pf in employee provident fund.

The right time to work is to get rid of time, Payment is good and payment can be made on time every month.

Dislikes

The work is very high. and groeth is very slow. I have to work 10-12 Hours straight in a day.I do not get a holiday and the payment is not available on the leave. Payments are not available every month.

There nothing is done process or systematic way, everything is dependent on MD.... Head-office peoples are statue they don't have any permission to respond on activity even on mail.
