They are giving highest incentive and salary in the market.

Dislikes

They will laid off you whenever they want. Toxic environment only talk about sale, target. No work life balance you have to stretch your shift on daily basis. Management can scold you any time for anything.

Work and life balance is pretty good comparetively other companies.

Dislikes

...the decade. Higher management is too worst in highlighting employee performance. No salary on time and asking to work for late nights without paying three months salary.

Nothing to like. No culture and no professionalism in this organization. No job security. Complete ridiculous. Whole company is running with complete mismanagement. Even God can not save this organization.

1. HR policies- All behalf of higher management benifit only. No culture. 2. Management- only saving their salary and complete mis management. No planning. Not a single professionlism. 3. Job security- you can be laid off any day on spot. 4. No business planning. Random thoughts and selection. 5. Products- complete ridiculous products. All customers complaining regarding their products. Diamonds get fall after 1 day purchase. Gold products get damage after single use. Even plastic products are better than this. 6. Traveling- Unplanned random travelling and making un necessary expenses All the reason for dislikes. Neither join nor purchase products from this organization

The company was good to work initially, but then they hired a new HR team Deep Tripathi , Priyanka and new RMB Gagan Gulati . They ruined the company and its culture completely. Gagan was / is an incompetent and useless manager with no leadership or jewellery experience. He is an idiot and will Sink Melorra Ship . Already stores have started shutting down , all the new stores opened are only running into looses. They fake the numbers and show to investor also. Do not join this company !!

Senior were good and helpful and our Manager too supportive (Rajesh Sir), only thing that let this sink was hiring one person who spoilt the company culture for his benefits.
