...d out at any time they will even not say to you that they have kicked you out... Not at all, a good salary work is hectic and the pay is not even up to the mark... One the first months Mellon paid us 300 - 600rs as a salary there is no base salary even this the job letter says any the base salary of 10,000 they didn't pay as that base salary

Everything about mellon technology... People always leave there him on the 1st or 2nd month in mellon technology... Because of the work culture the managers and all that thing

...et 10k max. If u want earn morethan 10k then u need to work 12 hours per day.. No basic salarysystem If u work 100 calls only in a month u will get 250rs per month only . But they force to reach targets like minimum 3000 calls. To get 7k / month.

I worked in this company 3 years. Thers is no difference detween any religion or any seniour juniour all are like my brothers. And evens managers are like friendly manners. Great opportunity to learn better english.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
