Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Guys Melar Health Foods is Fraud Scam Cheater Company,What is Their Motive Hire Candidates On Zero Charges Without TA,DA, Salary Last You have To Appoint Stockist They Will Grab Money From Stockists, and Flew This Company is Total Scam.Anyone Victim from This Should Launch Complaint Against Them To Blacklist Company

Nothing, Worst Leadership and cheater .

Dislikes

They are cheater for distributor, his team members and stockist also. They never dispatch materials and never refund the amount to distributor. Don't invest anything even single paise also.
