New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Only good thing about this company that you will get to work with new technology, projects are extremely good and advanced.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Worst work culture and work life balance, they always want you to work overtime even if you don't have projects , they won't give importants and respect to the employees. Here managers only make gossip about others. I suggest not to join in this company if you are not ready to forget your personal life.
