..., Open environment, Anyone can reach to the senior management without any fear. Also Company give some benefits in Salary for saving the taxes although it is not much but good enough.

Dislikes

Nothing but there are so much of work keep on coming and people has to work in weekends as well. Company knows that and that is why they give the flexibility to those employees who work after office hours or on weekends.

The company is overall great and the top management are very much supportive reachable and they provide lot of opportunities to develop our skills

Dislikes

The HR department is utterly very poor in handling their responsibilities the senior are in capable of their role their actions are all delayed and there is no timely response to employees and they are not supportive of the employees, their appraisal cycle and commitments are poor as outside and their recruitment process are so slow that they hire employees after the completion of projects. Overall the HR department and their poor administration is black mark for the company currently the attrition rate is high.

In a RVNL project this Company's management is only puppet of rvnl. Company's upper management is unable to take any decisions. Many employees are terminating without any any reason and any notice. Job security level is zero because rvnl is deciding the job security. No any information/salery slips are given to employees.

1. Not advisable to work 2. No Team work ..... they always talk about Team Work but never follow 3. Worst Appraisal process , no review , no justification , even not up to Inflation 4. You could go back only and may also happen you forgot what you have 5. Just to fill the Gap , they hired the person without the Qualification check and later on employee at risk and horrible life till he find out another job 6.
