It's a trap, salary payment start after 3 months of joining. If you want to switch the loose your 3months hard earn money. This is not a company. This is a big level sub contractor.

I have no words for my terrible experience. Currently I'm struck. Khane me keede milna aur hygiene to bhul jaiye. Payment only festival to festival ya fir 3 months me ek baar. No HR policy, no duty timing, no paid leave, no site planing. No machinery for work. Don't resigned if you get the offer letter. Please visit & think again before joining.

1). Nothing to like in this company 2). Is company me aaye to fas jaoge. 3). Vice president ke baat ki bhi koi value nhi hai. 4). Engineer ko Labour ki trah rakhha jata.

1). Salary 2 se 3 month delay. 2). Food jo company ke worker khate hai wahi Engineer aur manegar ko bhi khana parta hai Labour log ke saath ek hi mesh me. 3). Sirf Head of departments ko hi achhi facility milti hai. Example. Room separate hai, Alag se mesh hai aur cook bhi, aur bhi Bahut kuchh. 4). If you want to go to leave your salary will be hold. 5). Gadhehe ke trah site pe kaam karo. Site to site travel vehicles not provide you. Every you run 10 to 15 km . 6). Khane me kire, kankkar milna to roj ka hai. 7). Is company me kabhi mat aana. 8). Company ne diwali pe bhi salary nhi diya. 9). 1 saal me 3 Project manager change ho chuka hai. 10). Every month staff and contractor goes to strike for payment. 11). Don't join this faltu company.

...any and starts asking for money. Haven't even paid room rent since 6 months. 3). even staff salary has not come from 3-4 months. 4). Every week contractors strike for payment, they also not get paid a very long time. 5). A new culture has been adopted by the company. If you go on leave, your salary has to be hold or you will not know when you will get that salary. Because HR manager did not receive the call. 6). No one is responsible in this company (HR team), they get their salaries on time, they don't care how the rest of the site staff is surviving. 7). There is no paid leave system,7 days working culture. This information is for those who are thinking of joining this company. Thanks and regards

Salary Delay 3 month , Company doesn't want to give your hard earn money . Recently company surplus staffs showing reason of Rainy season, but not gives their pending 2-3 month Salary. Cheap mentality company management. If you don't want to getting trap , please don't join

There is nothing to like in this company, the chairmen is a state level contractor. And he doesn't support his employ. He only needed money. He doesn't care about employ life and his problem.

...ase,they Will want to get back that on some other meanse ,like graduate and p.f. They will never give u detail information about your owne salary. Finally u 'll never get your increment, chairman is piore bania.
