Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-24 hours straight in a day as I have attended workers, sometimes late inti night. Managers do not value an individual strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

This company is good for fresh graduate. You can learn lots of new skills in foundry, quality and machining process.

Safety is very bad. No PPEs provide from companies side and working hours is almost 12 hrs. Increament is very less.
