Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-24 hours straight in a day as I have attended workers, sometimes late inti night. Managers do not value an individual strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

This company is good for fresh graduate. You can learn lots of new skills in foundry, quality and machining process.

Safety is very bad. No PPEs provide from companies side and working hours is almost 12 hrs. Increament is very less.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
