You will not like anything because the behaviour is not good over there by the management

It is full of politics. You will be treated badly by the manager as they are basically part of family members of management or close to them as they have been working for long. They are two of them. They will just play politics. Behind the back negative talk about employees. Break trust among employees to make their group strong. They make indirect remarks on new employees nor impart them any training. Despite being a group of just 2-3 employees they play cruel games. Don’t know how will they grow. The working hours full of stress.

Work pressure is very high. You don't get paid for extra hours. And the worst part is even after working 20- 30 hrs extra, even after working on weekends, even after working after office hours, you are told that your salary will be deducted because you took just 1 extra leave.
