Work life balance and job security. That's it nothing else...

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No compensation, growth is very slow but moderate work pressure, mainly 9AM to 5PM job. I have taught differnt classes but its a boring job by bounding various rules. There is no HR department in reality but virtually it has. HOD has no power, intelligence, and vision, innovation but they know how to keep their job by oiling their boss. In this Institute whenever you go to discuss something new idea or project to any employees, they always give negative feedback. They all are coming here to spend 8hours a day ....
