...abad for a training (could be done through zoom meetings unless your a fresher). And salary packages will be confusing as 3 interviewers told 3 different things. Me and 4 friends (x col) from pune have tried and faced the same scene non of us could join. So I wish they have better recruiter for their management as some senior professionals are also applying for a job here. Spa are good, locations are awesome, staff are awesome to be in touch with but when it comes to recruitment you cant go through only. I hope the next candidate wont waste time like us again.

There is nothing much to be liked here in this company, only you get good friends in your team and that's only 1 pro of this company.

...rictions, they force it as if your older generation has been doing slavery here. The salary system is already too much, (actually to its limits) late here. and that too you have to be in fear of whether you will get your full salary or not. The director here is too rude, aggressive, dominating, and scary, he just makes you work as per his rules, he hires multiple level managers and heads but still asks all to work on his terms. A manager here will feel the same as the executive. Your skills come last here. If you are a pro in fake appraising (chaplusi) you get a higher position here. If you confront frankly here you will be either pressurized, terminated, degraded, or insulted. I should not say this but this company is on its way to losing its good employees, they don't take it seriously when senior employees leave, (i was not though) but still, they just think, if he goes we will bring another. There is no job security here, you will be asked to leave whenever they want (they will do it under 6 months probation period). If you ask for a leave to your manager, it will go up to the director 😒. In my working time, I have seen people resigning in huge count. So-called HO people are just like a govt office. Only the audit dept works sharply here. Some people are here are just to put long long emoji-filled messages in the group. (MW people know this) All others are like slow poison. HR toh (ohohohohoooooo) I don't want to make it look abusive. Thanks!

Love working with Meghavi as I get opportunities to converse with new people everyday and get to learn everyday something new

I dislike that there is too much pressure and micro management on the staff that ruins mental health and stability of the individual, we work hard relentlessly still the ho will ignore all and focus on just sales

Working at Meghavi, I really feel a positive work place and understanding Leadership team. I see lots of new learning's every day & career growth is what i find more happening.
