... admit that there's no better place than MCL specially in terms of Job security. Salary ranges are bit less but you'll have to see the other benefits as well which makes it good company. After MCL I joined as many as 5 companies with greater salary but the kind of life in terms of work satisfaction, work life balance and savings (coz it is far from city) I found no where until my last company in Oman ( Shapoorji Group). Salary on time most of the months and work load is reasonable.

Very remote area, no proper medical facility in plant premises. Current employees are not that much welcoming to outsiders. Local people and area are not very safe.

Very good Atmosphere to work Here. Managers and MANAGEMENT is very supportive.

Salary is a little low, Remote area but people's around you are amazing. Medical Support is not available. Accidents could be very dangerous, because Big Hospitals are far away.

I worked there since 2019 as a graduate engineer trainee & it's a good place for a fresher to start his career in the cement industry with good accommodation facilities & Company also provides transportation facilities from companies site to the railway station. Work culture is excellent & management is also good. The company conducts indoor & outdoor cricket & football game as well as lots of fun activities conducted every year. Work-life balance is excellent for all engineers & co-workers. The overall company provides good facilities with excellent job security & the payment you will always get on time without any delay & error.

Promotion is a little bit slow & if you started your career at the lowest salary then after devoting a long time you will get a good salary.

...d the management is not transparent. There is a huge gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they didn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There isn't a bond years . So u can easily resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
