I did not like any think in megha ,so many politics play in the company .megha take projects from government and give to the contractors, safety department ,quality department, ir department are not there in the company .directors are very good ,but manager cadre staff very negligently behave with staff .

Dislikes

Even in lockdown time may month salary did not provide the company ,after lock down company didn't give any masks ,sanitizer to the employee, even food also not provide to the site engineers. We have no time for cooking food.site engineers work time Morning 8.00 A.m to 9.00 p.m, daily my work place distance 60 kms to 150 kms on bike ,company give 1bike for 3 people, total station ,auto level also we take on bike ,they did not give 4 wheelers .we face so many problems.before joining time hr say so many false promises to the employee. Double pf also cut in our salary ,company didn't provide pf.bonus also did not give to new joining employee,but bonus amount also cut in our salary, after completion of one year joining they give bonus .

It s better to give appointments for employees in their region that means , South and North, Why Because, The Company staff and people shows partiality for every reason. It's not good and Dislike

If Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Company appoints its staff in their home state, then they can work better, and the staff will not face any problem regarding language and food.

Salary getting on time that's 7th of every month.

1. Company Culture 2. Job Security 3. Work Satisfaction 4. Each & Every time get approval from PM Who may seating down at HO 5. Material flow quiet low, on behalf of this they asking progress 6. Measure issues North Vs South feelings a lot, by which no one unable to survive on that atmosphere.
