job security is not good...I have total 13 years exp after that I had join this company after 1 year company inform me our project is lay off so we are not continue ask please send the resign and serving 3 months notice period. So you know where i am now...last one year I am jobless. So this side it not good.

Most of all in working with Megamax my seniors take care of each other very well and care for each other and I like it most that almost all seniors of our company Megamax do not discriminate between high and low. Together

Salary and benefits are competitive, though there could be more focus on merit-based raises outside of annual appraisals. Speaking of appraisals, the feedback I have received has been helpful, but more depth in performance evaluations would be appreciated. Job security feels strong, though i did appreciate more transparency about long-term plans. the company provides excellent learning opportunities, but i believe there's room to improve leadership training. the company culture is supportive and inclusive, but there could be more cross-team intersection. Timely salary credit. Hybrid work culture. Work load is manageable, leading to good work life balance. Better average appraisals than traditional big Indian IT companies.

Dislikes

Dependent on just one client, although it is a good one. They don't provide budgets for team partying.
