Nothing. It has been the worst working experience ever.

Dislikes

There is only one reason why everyone hates working in Megachem, it is the country manager. I warn the new joinees to think before Joining the firm in India, as the management is ruled only by one guy, and that guy is an a**hole. He does not have any etiquettes, neither knows how to even talk to employees, does not even trusts his employees, and does not have any leadership quality.
