Very decent work culture, I have been working here since 4 years, at the time of joining company assured that this will be permanent work home job and indeed its happening, where most of the companies revoked wfh option post covid for its employees and asking for either hybrid model or return to office. Job stability for sure. Need to mention incentives are pretty good when there is volumes.

I have joined Megacap Solutions 3 months back, the work environment is nice, got opportunity to experience the Mortgage lender eco system. Doing core Underwriting here which is actually the mortgage underwriting which i havent got opportunity with my past companies in my 10 years of underwriting experience. Great learning and growing opportunity in underwriting. Permanent work from home is big plus for me

My experience with Megacap Solutions has been nothing short of excellent. I am part of the company since sept 2023 and its been great experience as of now, performance incentives are unlimited indeed, haven't seen such incentives schemes in my previous 6 companies. Major Pros with the company is the job security.

Nothing positive. Micro management. No training program and help during the OJT phase. Absence of team work.

Horrible policy. Offer letter was shared a week after my joining date. HR doesn't know to speak in English. Presently only 4 ppls are working and those are the loyal puppets of Owner Fayaz Khan. HR policy changes very often which is horrible to digest. No leaves credited during probation period. Even if you take leaves for emergency they ll ask for justification along with proof. One of friend's uncle expired, HR forced him to take picture of body as an evidence. One of my friend's dad was hospitalized, HR forced him to work in hospital as he owns laptop and can carry anywhere. Worst place to work, very toxic atmosphere, you'll really loose your peace and personal life. Don't ever think to join Megacap.. The biggest mistake of my life. Those 2 ppls gave 5 stars are Owner Fayaz and her puppet Mus Khan (HR).

Absence of structure. No baseline decided. Focus on making employees fo overtime and overloading employees with work that is not of their skillset. Very rude behaviour towards any kind of problem and no solution provided when asked for.
