There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but career and growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign On the job training is not given to new joiners.

- Lack of leadership, Decision making for top level manger. - No future Growth for a fresher. - Top level management use flown languages. - No work life balance. - People not innovated. - lack of learning bcoz top level manager not ready to training for a fresher. - Scam in JD bcoz interview time JD is different & on boarding work totally different with your skills.

Never suggest any one can join this company. It's not a company, its a political adda. Management as we higher authority people always play politics never create working culture.

Good work enviornment. Company owner should be aware about thair organitation. He is blindly believe on some persons.which is not fair to organization future.
