Not good environment and culture.no management not giving basic salary. No career and personal growth. No new learning . Not supportive staff. No job training. Without any notice they fired many junior engineer. Even don't give you appointment letter after joining .

...the product and their importance.Work environment also good to develop yourself.If you look for Higher salary no any growth in this company.

Dislikes

In fastener industry work pressure is high but compare to our work no any growth in this company cause no any benefits while working extra 2 to 3 hours. Also not getting that much opportunity while you are capable for suitable post.In some times you are giving your best but still you are not getting motivational from respective department.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , quality products and has global base client.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The work pressure is high sometimes, I have to work 14-18hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.also there is no on job training for freshers , hence seniors floks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes.
