...ere for more than a year. Initially things were good but gradually it got worse. No employee was given salary on time. Sometimes it took even two months. Highly poor management. No clear communication between employees and the employer. Nobody ever got their complete salary after resigning. The worst experience i ever had in my 12 years of work experience.

... unorganized system no manager,no hierarchy level, directly deal with org head No appreciation, no bonus,no benefit work struck because the system is not standardize and work instructions keep changing
