...f around 300 people and also took the access suddenly without any information... No communication from their end for the salary as well... In the month of July suddenly they took the access and since then we don't have any information about the salary or fnf.. Very brutal way of laying off I have experienced here. I know layoffs are very common but atleast they could have taken this more gently and empatheticly...They have not even informed about the last month salary, people have EMI to pay but yet not communication happening from their end. Very cruelly they take decisions and even bother to tell the employees. If you want hold the salary atleast let the employ know about, because a middle class family has to plan a hundreds of things accordingly. There are many loans or expenses that one has to calculate. We are just following up with our managers and they are clueless abou lt all this. Are you guys kidding! And then you get a mail stating "sorry for the inconveniences, you salary will be credited soon", seriously! This was the last thing that you could have done properly. Your simple apologies won't really help the one who just got laid off and with NO commitment of salary and thrown away from the organization. I wonder why the people still don't have faith on Meesho app.

Nothing, joining means reuining your carrier and CV, no training, no support from anybody, poor goodwill among sellers, Loss of pay (LOP) is common. It's a third party payroll.

No support Poor work culture Unrealistic targets Uneven salary Micromanagement Hire and fire policy Loss of pay Reputation in the market Biased people Always hiring and firing Working all 7 days is common No training newly joined people must start performing right from day 1 otherwise face PIP or termination.

Poor work life balance, promotes people only at higher positions already and within the circle of the leadership. There are endless reviews every month, hardly leave time to actually do something
